Welcome to the Aspire North IQ Limited Launch
Welcome and thank you for participating in the Aspire North IQ limited launch. We appreciate your willingness to partner with us as we introduce Predictive Insights into the audiology market. We believe that by using Predictive Insights in your audiology clinic workflow you will see enhanced patient engagement, improved clinic efficiencies, and improved patient and clinic outcomes.
To help ensure a smooth launch, please use the checklist below to prepare yourself and clinic staff for success.
1. Pre-Lauch Survey
Please complete the pre-launch survey using the link below. All providers and staff members are welcome to participate. The survey takes approximately 3-5 minutes to complete.

2. Enable Predictive Insights in your Sycle Calendar
To enable predictive insights to populate in your Sycle calendar:
1. Ensure the Sales Opportunity designation is enabled. Please reference FAQs for more details.
2. Populate required Patient Information for appointments: At a minimum, a patient s first name, last name, address, and ZIP code must be entered into the Patient Summary to enable the system to retrieve their predictive insights. Please reference FAQs for more details.
3. Training
A four-module video training series is available to support learning Predictive Insights. Please complete these video training modules and share them with your clinic team as soon as possible.

5. Accessing Patient Insights on the Calendar
The star icons on the upper right-hand corner of an appointment in the Sycle calendar indicate predictive insights available for this patient. Clicking on the stars will open the Predictive Insights Panel. Please see FAQs for more detailed information.
