Step 1) Ensure Sales Opportunity Designation is enabled:
From the Sycle main page, navigate to Administration, select Appointment Types. For each applicable appointment type that represents a Sales Opportunity (e.g., Hearing Test, Diagnostic Evaluation, etc.), ensure the Sales Opportunity option is checked/enabled.
Step 2) Ensure Patient Information is updated:
To activate Predictive Insights, the Patient Summary must include at least: first name, last name, address, and ZIP code.
