Calendar View (upper right-hand corner of an appointment).

One, Two or Three Yellow Stars – Predictive Insights available for this patient.

One Gray Star – Patient Information was entered; however, no patient data could be matched. If the grey star is clicked, an error message will appear.

Cause:

  1. Required patient information was entered incorrectly or is incomplete.
  2. In some cases, this patient may not be available for scoring.

Resolution:

  1. Review and correct the patient’s first name, last name, address, and ZIP code.
  2. If all patient data is correct, this patient is not available for scoring.

Blank – The appointment has not been scored for Predictive Insights.

Cause:

  1. The appointment type is not considered a Sales Opportunity.
  2. The Patient Information is missing or incomplete.

Resolution:

If the appointment is a Sales Opportunity, review and enter the patient’s first name, last name, address, and ZIP code.
